Prologo is launching two new short-finger gloves. The MIG AIR CPC and MIG CPC models replace the previous generation and feature new materials as well as an updated CPC technology in the palm. The WorldTour team Bahrain Victorious is already using the gloves in races.
The palm area of both models utilises Prologo’s advanced CPC – Connect Power Control – structure. The three-dimensional polymer structure is designed to absorb vibrations and micro-impacts from the handlebars. The new arrangement of the CPC microstructure has been developed to provide a better grip on the handlebars. The technology is designed to reduce hand fatigue and improve blood circulation during longer rides.
The Mig CPC combines the long cuff of the original Mig model with CPC technology. The glove moulds to the shape of the hand and is designed to retain its properties even after several washes. As well as black, there is a new ‘Optic White’ colour option, which is designed to reflect sunlight and limit heat build-up.
The Mig Air CPC features a new technical fabric on the back of the hand that is lighter, more elastic and more breathable. The aerodynamic material was developed in wind tunnel tests in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano and is designed for speeds between 30 and 45 km/h. The aerodynamic pattern is woven directly into the fabric structure, rather than being applied afterwards. The dense weave limits the fabric’s air permeability. The glove is available in black, white and Celestial. Both models cost 49 euros and are available now.
