You can put a lot of things on the wall. Pictures, shelves or even bicycles. One option: the wall mount for bikes from Hiplok. How does it fare in the TOUR check?

Wall mount for bikes: the Jaw in the test

If you want to easily park your bike on the wall with the help of a minimalist holder, the Jaw from Hiplock is an option. The holder consists of a base plate with sliding brackets placed on it, which securely clamp tyres between 20 and 70 millimetres wide. Once the parking space has been found on the wall of the flat or cellar, the holder is screwed on using the four screws and plugs included in the scope of delivery - an easy task for handy people with the right tools.

The holder clamps and holds the wheel securely, although the trick is to find the right mounting height for each bike. If the bike is mounted for a longer period of time, the air pressure in the tyres should be checked from time to time - otherwise the slack tyre may slip out of the holder.
