Trek Madone SLR 7 AXS Gen 7

The "Madone SLR 7 AXS Gen 7" model from Trek, released in 2023, is a state-of-the-art road bike designed for ambitious cyclists. Priced at EUR 11,499, it belongs to the premium class and offers a wide range of technical refinements and high-quality components.

The frame of the Madone SLR 7 AXS Gen 7 is made from 800 Series OCLV Carbon and utilises the Kammtail Virtual Foil (KVF) tube profile, which ensures optimum aerodynamics. The cockpit consists of an integrated OCLV Carbon handlebar/stem unit, which is 400 mm wide and has a stem length of 90 mm. The wheelset is a Bontrager Aeolus Pro 51 made from OCLV carbon, which is tubeless-compatible and features thru-axles (100 x 12 mm at the front, 142 x 12 mm at the rear).

The saddle is a Bontrager Aeolus P2 Elite, 155 mm wide, mounted on a Madone aerodynamic internal carbon seatpost with an integrated rear light mount and a 0 mm offset.

The frame’s geometry offers a balanced combination of comfort and performance. The reach is 38 mm, whilst the stack is 53 mm. The seat tube length measures 48 mm, and the top tube length is 53 mm. The head tube angle is 73 degrees, whilst the seat tube angle is 74 degrees. The head tube length is 12 mm, and the chainstay length is 41 mm. The standover height is 73 mm and the wheelbase measures 98 mm in total.
