The frame of the Madone SLR 7 AXS Gen 6 is made from 800 Series OCLV Carbon and features the KVF (Kammtail Virtual Foil) tube profile, which ensures optimum aerodynamics. In addition, the bike is fitted with an adjustable IsoSpeed on the top tube, which provides greater comfort on long rides. The hidden cable routing and the aerodynamic 3S chain guide also contribute to improved aerodynamics. The frame is DuoTrap S-compatible and features a flat-mount disc brake mount as well as a 142 x 12 mm thru-axle. The maximum permissible weight is 125 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs just 8 kg.

The Madone SLR 7 AXS Gen 6 is fitted with SRAM Force eTap AXS hydraulic disc brakes featuring CenterLine X rotors, which have a Centre Lock mount and rounded edges. Both the front and rear rotors measure 160 mm. Shifting is controlled via the SRAM Force eTap AXS shifter, which enables 12-speed shifting. The front derailleur is also a solder-on version of the SRAM Force eTap AXS.

The bike’s fork is made of full carbon with a KVF profile and features concealed cable routing as well as a flat-mount disc brake mount. The thru-axle measures 12 x 100 mm. The crankset is an SRAM Force AXS Power Meter with a gear ratio of 48/35 and a crank arm length of 175 mm. The bottom bracket is a threaded SRAM DUB, T47.

The cassette is a SRAM Force XG-1270 with a 10–33 tooth range and is also a 12-speed cassette. The handlebars are aerodynamic Trek Madone made from OCLV carbon; they are adjustable and feature concealed cable routing. It has a width of 44 cm, a reach of 93 mm and a drop of 123 mm. The stem is also aerodynamically designed and has a length of 110 mm with a 7-degree angle.

The tyres are Bontrager R3 Hard-Case Lite with an aramid bead core, a TPI of 120 and a size of 700 x 25C. The wheelset consists of Bontrager Aeolus Pro 5 wheels, which are made from OCLV carbon, are tubeless-ready and have an inner width of 19.5 mm and a rim depth of 50 mm. The thru-axles measure 100 x 12 mm at the front and 142 x 12 mm at the rear.

The saddle is a Bontrager Aeolus Elite with austenitic struts and a width of 145 mm. The seatpost is an aerodynamic internal carbon seatpost with an integrated rear light mount and a 25 mm offset.

The packaging dimensions are 23 mm wide, 88 mm high and 139 mm long.
