Trek Domane SL 6 Gen 3

The "Domane SL 6 Gen 3" model from Trek, released in 2022, is a high-quality road bike available for 4299 EUR. It features a 500 Series OCLV Carbon frame, fitted with front and rear IsoSpeed to ensure a comfortable ride. The frame also offers an integrated storage compartment, a tapered head tube and internal cable routing. Other features include a 3S chain guide, DuoTrap S compatibility, mudguard eyelets and a flat-mount disc brake mount with a 142 x 12 mm thru-axle. The maximum load capacity is 125 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs just 9 kg.

The braking system consists of Shimano Ultegra hydraulic disc brakes with RT800 discs (160 mm, Centre Lock mount) at both the front and rear. The Domane SL’s fork is also made of carbon and features a tapered carbon steerer tube, as well as internal brake cable routing and mudguard eyelets. The handlebars are Bontrager Elite IsoZone VR-CF aluminium handlebars with internal Di2 cable routing, a reach of 93 mm, a drop of 123 mm and a width of 44 cm. The stem is a Bontrager Pro, which is Blendr-compatible, has a diameter of 31.8 mm, an angle of 7 degrees and a length of 110 mm.

The bike is fitted with Bontrager R3 tyres in size 700 x 32 and features a Bontrager Paradigm Comp 25 wheelset, which is tubeless-ready and has an inner width of 25 mm. The thru-axles measure 100 x 12 mm at the front and 142 x 12 mm at the rear. The saddle is a Bontrager Verse Comp with steel rails and a width of 145 mm, mounted on a Bontrager seatpost with an internal carbon seat tower, an integrated rear light mount and a 20 mm offset.

The bike’s packaging dimensions are 21 mm wide, 118 mm high and 190 mm long.
