Stevens 7X Tour Gent

The "7X Tour Gent" model from Stevens, released in 2023, is a high-quality trekking bike available at a price of 1599 EUR. The frame is made from SL 6061 TB aluminium, giving the bike a robust yet lightweight structure. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs in at 14 kg.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano BL-T6000 brake levers combined with Shimano BR-M6000 disc brakes at both the front and rear. The brake discs measure 180 mm at the front and 160 mm at the rear (Shimano SM-RT54). The derailleur is a Shimano Deore XT Trekking Shadow RD-T8000-SGS with 30 speeds, operated by Shimano Deore SL-M6000 shift levers. The front derailleur is a Shimano Deore Trekking FD-T6000-H3L.

The SR Suntour NCX-D Air LO fork, with 63 mm of travel, ensures a comfortable ride even on uneven terrain. Lighting is provided by a B+M IQ-XS Friendly T front light and a B+M Shine Evo rear light, powered by a Shutter Precision PL-8 dynamo.

The bike is fitted with ATB Alu Comp Reflex pedals and features a BSA 73 mm bottom bracket as well as an Oxygen Scorpo crankset with 48-38-28T chainrings. The cassette is a Shimano CS-HG500 with 10 speeds. The handlebars and stem are from the Oxygen Scorpo range, with the handlebars measuring 640 mm in width. The headset is a STEVENS AH Taper 1 1/8"-1 1/2".

The rims are Oxygen RM-23 Disc, measuring 23 x 622 at both the front and rear, fitted with Schwalbe G-One Allround Performance tyres in size 40-622. The front hub is a Shutter Precision PL-8 and the rear hub is a Formula CL-26. The saddle is an Oxygen Havoc, and the seatpost is also from the Oxygen Scorpo series.

Additional features include SKS mudguards, a Pletscher Comp kickstand and a Racktime Shine Evo RTA luggage rack, making the bike a practical companion for everyday use and longer tours.
