Scott Solace Gravel eRIDE 10

The "Solace Gravel eRIDE 10" model from Scott, released in 2024, is a state-of-the-art e-bike designed specifically for gravel touring; priced at 9,999 EUR, it falls into the premium price bracket. The bike’s frame is made from Solace Gravel eRIDE Disc HMX material and features eEndurance geometry. This design allows for fully internal cable routing and incorporates a range extender. The bike’s maximum load capacity is 120 kg, whilst it weighs just 12 kg.

The bike is suitable for riders between 185 cm and 195 cm in height. The braking system utilises the SRAM FORCE eTap AXS HRD Shift-Brake System with Flatmount at both the front and rear, complemented by SRAM CenterLine XR rotors with a diameter of 160 mm. The gear system is an electronic 12-speed SRAM FORCE XPLR eTap AXS system, which ensures precise and rapid gear changes.

The fork is made from Solace Gravel eRIDE HMX Flatmount Disc material and features an eccentric carbon steerer tube with a 1 1/4"–1 1/2" thread size. The crankset is made from FSA eBike Carbon, and the cassette is an SRAM XPLR XG1251 with a 10–44 tooth range. The drivetrain is also supplied by SRAM FORCE.

The handlebars are a Syncros Creston iC SL X carbon hybrid model, whilst the headset is an Acros AIF-1135. The stem length is 110 mm. The wheelset consists of Zipp 303 Firecrest Carbon tubeless disc-brake wheels with 24 spokes at the front and rear, and Syncros axles with a removable lever including a tool. The tyres are Schwalbe G-One Overland EVO in size 700x50C.

The saddle is a Syncros Tofino Regular 1.0 Cutout, mounted on a Syncros Duncan SL Aero seatpost. The bike’s motor is a TQ HPR50 mid-drive motor with a maximum torque of 50 Nm. The European version provides assistance up to a speed of 25 km/h, whilst the US version provides assistance up to 28 mph. The battery has a total capacity of 520 Wh, comprising an internal TQ 360 Wh battery and an additional xTra Power Bottle Cage Battery with 160 Wh. The display is a TQ HPR with Bluetooth ANT+ and a dedicated smartphone app.

The bike’s geometry comprises a reach of 406 mm, a stack of 610 mm, a seat tube length of 567 mm and a top tube length of 593 mm. The head tube angle is 71 degrees, the seat tube angle is 73 degrees and the head tube length is 175 mm. The chainstay length is 435 mm, the bottom bracket drop is 76 mm, the fork offset is 50 mm and the standover height is 841 mm. The fork installation height is 406 mm, the wheelbase measures 1071 mm and the bottom bracket height is 294 mm.

The bike’s packaging dimensions are 27 mm wide, 87 mm high and 172 mm long. The gross weight, including packaging, is 21,180 g.
