Scott Metrix eRIDE

The "Metrix eRIDE" model from the Scott brand from 2024 is a versatile e-bike that is available for the price of EUR 3699. The frame is made from Metrix eRIDE Disc / D.Butted 6061 Alloy and features SCOTT Gravel geometry. It is equipped with a replaceable derailleur hanger, semi-internal cable routing and a Syncros mudguard.

The braking system comprises SRAM DB S300 flatmount brakes at the front and rear, supplemented by SRAM Paceline rotors with a diameter of 160 mm. The gearing is a mechanical 12-speed system from SRAM APEX XPLR, controlled by SRAM SX Eagle Trigger shifters. The fork is a Carbon Metrix eRIDE HMX flatmount disc with an eccentric carbon head tube (1 1/4"-1 1/2").

Lighting is provided by a Lezyne e65 front light and a Curana ILU rear light. The bottom bracket is a SRAM BB, DUB, BSA, while the crankset consists of a SRAM APEX Wide 1x12speed DUB. The sprocket is a SRAM XPLR PG1231 with a gradation of 11-44 teeth. The drive is provided by a SRAM APEX 12speed system.

The handlebar is a Syncros Flat-Bar FL2.0 with a width of 620 mm, and the stem is a Syncros RR2.0 with a length of 93 mm and a diameter of 31.8 mm. The headset is an Acros AIF-1133 and the wheelset consists of Syncros Capital 2.0 Disc MahleX35 wheels, with a front axle of 12x100 mm TA and a rear axle of 12x135 mm bolt. The tyres are Schwalbe G-One Allround in size 700x40C.

The saddle is a Syncros Capilano Sport Foam, mounted on a Syncros 3.0 seatpost measuring 31.6/350 mm. A Syncros road eRIDE kickstand ensures stability when parking the bike. The drive is provided by a Mahle X35+ motor hub drive with a maximum torque of 40 Nm and a speed of up to 25 km/h in the EU or 20 mph in the USA. The battery has a capacity of 250 Wh and can be charged using the Mahle X35+ charger. The display is a Mahle iWoc ONE, which supports Bluetooth and offers a dedicated smartphone app.

The packaging dimensions are 26 mm in width, 88 mm in height and 171 mm in length, with a gross weight of 23860 g.
