Scott Contessa Voltage eRIDE 900

The “Contessa Voltage eRIDE 900” model from the “Scott” brand, released in 2024, is an advanced e-mountain bike equipped with a wide range of high-quality components and innovative technologies. The price for this model is 7,199 EUR.

The bike’s frame is made from HMF carbon and utilises Integrated Suspension Technology as well as the Virtual 4 Link kinematic system. The frame offers adjustable head angle geometry and is fitted with the Syncros Cable Integration System. The bike is also TQ HPR50-compatible, features a UDH interface and a 12x148mm Boost standard with a 55mm chainline. It is also prepared for a range extender.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano Deore M6120 4-piston disc brakes at the front and rear, combined with Shimano SM-RT64 CL 203mm brake discs. The drivetrain consists of a Shimano XT RD-M8100 SGS Shadow Plus 12-speed rear derailleur, controlled via Shimano Deore SL-M6100-IR Rapidfire Plus shift levers with I-spec EV clamps.

The bike’s suspension is provided by a FOX 36 Float Rhythm Air Grip fork with 160mm of travel and a FOX NUDE 6T EVOL trunnion shock with 155mm of travel. Both suspension components offer various modes for adapting to riding conditions.

The drivetrain of the Contessa Voltage eRIDE 900 is powered by an FSA Alloy crankset with a 34-tooth chainring and a Shimano CS-M6100 cassette with a 10–51T range. The chain is a Shimano CN-M6100.

The handlebars are Syncros Hixon 1.5 Alloy 7050, with a width of 780mm and a rise of 15mm (for sizes S and M) or 25mm (for sizes L and XL). The grips are Syncros Endurance lock-on grips. The stem is a Syncros AM 1.5 with a 4-degree angle and a length of 40mm.

The wheelsets consist of Syncros X-30S rims, which are tubeless-ready, and are fitted with Formula hubs (CL-811 at the front and CL-148M at the rear). The tyres are Maxxis Dissector 2.6", which are also tubeless-ready and feature EXO 3C maxx Terra technology.

The saddle is a Syncros Tofino 1.5 Regular with titanium struts, mounted on a Syncros Duncan Dropper Post 1.5S seatpost, which offers different adjustment ranges depending on frame size (140mm for size S, 180mm for size M and 210mm for size L).

At the heart of the electric drive is the TQ HPR50 Mid motor with a maximum torque of 50Nm, enabling speeds of up to 25 km/h (EU) or 20 mph (US). The integrated battery has a capacity of 360 Wh and is controlled via the TQ HPR display, which offers Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity and is compatible with a dedicated smartphone app.
