Scott Contessa Speedster Gravel 15

The "Contessa Speedster Gravel 15" model from Scott, released in 2024, is a versatile gravel bike available for 1999 EUR. The frame is made from Speedster Gravel Disc / D.Butted 6061 aluminium and features SCOTT Gravel geometry. It is also fitted with a replaceable derailleur hanger, internal cable routing and is ready for Syncros mudguards. The maximum load capacity is 120 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 10 kg.

The bike is suitable for riders between 175 cm and 185 cm in height. The brakes are Shimano BR-RX400 hydraulic disc brakes at the front and rear, with 160 mm Shimano SM-RT70 CL rotors. The drivetrain consists of a Shimano GRX RD-RX810 with 22 speeds, operated via Shimano GRX ST-RX600 shift levers. The front derailleur is a Shimano GRX FD-RX810-F.

The bike’s fork is a Speedster Gravel HMF Flatmount Disc with an eccentric carbon headset (1 1/4"–1 1/2"). The bottom bracket is a PRAXIS M30-BSA, and the crankset is a PRAXIS Alba GR CL47 with 48/32 teeth. The cassette is a Shimano CS-HG700 with a 11–34-tooth range, and the drivetrain is complemented by a KMC X11 chain.

The handlebars are aluminium Syncros Creston 2.0 X with a diameter of 31.8 mm, and the stem is a Syncros RR2.5 with four bolts and also a diameter of 31.8 mm. The headset is an Acros AIF-1133. The rims are Syncros Race X25 Disc with 28 spokes at the front and rear, and the tyres are Schwalbe G-One Bite Performance in size 700x45C.

The hubs are Formula Team II CL Disc with 28 spoke holes at the front and rear. The saddle is a Syncros Savona 2.5 (V-Concept) Channel, mounted on a Syncros RR2.5 seatpost measuring 27.2/300 mm.

The bike’s geometry offers a reach of 392 mm and a stack of 589 mm. The seat tube length is 560 mm, the top tube length is 571 mm, the head tube angle is 71 degrees and the seat tube angle is 73 degrees. The head tube measures 163 mm, the chainstay length is 439 mm, and the bottom bracket drop is 71 mm. The fork offset is 50 mm, the clearance height is 825 mm, the fork installation height is 399 mm, the wheelbase is 1056 mm and the bottom bracket height is 283 mm.

The bicycle is supplied in packaging measuring 27 mm wide, 88 mm high and 170 mm long, and has a gross weight of 16,920 g.
