Scott Contessa Active 60

The "Contessa Active 60" model from Scott, released in 2024, is a versatile mountain bike characterised by its robust construction and well-thought-out features. The bike’s frame is from the Contessa Active 700/900 series, featuring 6061 alloy custom tubing, which ensures high stability and durability. This frame also features internal cable routing and a replaceable derailleur hanger, which simplifies maintenance and enhances the bike’s aesthetics.

The bike weighs a total of 14 kg and has a maximum load capacity of 128 kg. It is designed for female riders between 170 cm and 180 cm in height, offering a good fit and comfort for a wide range of riders.

Braking performance is provided by Tektro SCM-02 mechanical disc brakes at the front and rear, with 160 mm brake discs, which ensure reliable stopping power in a variety of conditions. The wheels consist of Syncros X-20 Disc rims with 32 stainless steel spokes, fitted with Formula hubs at the front and rear. The tyres are Kenda Booster, 2.4" wide with a 30 TPI density, ensuring good grip and stability.

The Scott Contessa Active 60 also offers balanced geometry with a reach of 419 mm, a stack of 612 mm, a seat tube length of 440 mm and a top tube length of 600 mm. The head tube angle is 69 degrees, the seat tube angle 74 degrees, the head tube length 110 mm, the chainstay length 450 mm, the bottom bracket drop 60 mm and the wheelbase 1102 mm.
