Scott Axis eRIDE 30 Lady

The "Axis eRIDE 30 Lady" model from Scott, released in 2024, is a high-quality e-bike designed specifically for women. Priced at 3599 EUR, it offers a wide range of technical and functional features that make it suitable for both everyday use and longer rides.

The bike’s frame is made from 6061 alloy with custom butted tubing and features an integrated, removable Bosch battery as well as internal cable routing. The maximum permissible weight is 128 kg, whilst the bike’s own weight is 26 kg. The bike is designed for riders between 180 cm and 190 cm in height.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano BR-MT410 2-piston brakes at the front and rear with 180 mm discs (front: SM-RT30 CL rotor, rear: RT-EM300M CL rotor). The drivetrain features a Shimano Deore 11-speed system, operated via a Shimano Deore Trigger SLM5100RA shifter. The bike’s fork is an SR Suntour XCM34 Coil with 120 mm of travel, a 15x110 bolt-on axle and a lock-out function.

The lighting comprises a Lezyne Hecto E65 front light with 210 lumens and a Lezyne Fender rear light. The pedals are VP VPE-506. The crankset is a Miranda with a length of 172.5 mm, and the cassette is a Shimano CS-M5100-11 with a gear ratio of 11-51T. Power is transmitted via a KMC E11S chain.

The handlebars are Syncros 3.0, 720 mm wide, with a 20 mm rise and an 8-degree backsweep. The grips are Syncros Lock On Grips, and the stem is also by Syncros, measuring 70 mm in length and featuring mounts for the front light and the Intuvia 100 display. The headset is a semi-integrated Acros.

The rims are Syncros X18 Disc, laced with black spokes. The tyres are Schwalbe Johnny Watts 29x2.35" Wired. The hubs are a Shimano HB-MT400 (15x110 mm) at the front and a Shimano FH-MT400B (Boost 12x148 mm) at the rear. The saddle is a Syncros Capilano, mounted on a Syncros M3.0 seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm.

The bike is also fitted with Curana Alloy Profile mudguards, an Ursus kickstand and an Axis by Racktime SnapIt 2.0 luggage rack, which can carry up to 25 kg. The motor is a Bosch Performance BES3, powered by a PowerTube battery with a capacity of 500 Wh. The display is an Intuvia 100, and the charger has an output of 4A.

The frame geometry comprises a reach of 410 mm, a stack of 662 mm, a seat tube length of 480 mm, a top tube length of 600 mm, a head tube angle of 68 degrees, a seat tube angle of 74 degrees, a head tube length of 140 mm, a chainstay length of 500 mm, a bottom bracket drop of 65 mm, a fork offset of 47 mm, a top tube height of 770 mm, a fork installation height of 523 mm, a crank length of 173 mm and a wheelbase of 1198 mm. The bottom bracket height is 312 mm.
