Lapierre Xelius SL 75th

The "Xelius SL 75th" model from the Lapierre brand from 2022 is a high-quality road bike that is characterised by its excellent equipment and technical sophistication. The frame of the bike is made from New Xelius SL Disc thru axle UD Superlight Carbon, which ensures a lightweight yet robust construction. The fork is also made from this material, which has a positive effect on the overall stability and handling of the bike.

For shifting performance, the bike is equipped with the Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 RD-R9250A 12-speed drivetrain, which is known for its precise and fast gear changes. The shifters are also from Shimano, specifically the Dura Ace Di2 BR9270 model, which is equipped with an integrated Di2 shifter. The front derailleur is the Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 FD-R9250F, which completes the groupset.

The crankset consists of the Shimano Dura-Ace FC-R9200, with a gradation of 52-36T and different crank arm lengths depending on the frame size. The bottom bracket is the Shimano Press Fit SMBB7241B and the sprocket is the Shimano Dura Ace CS-R9200 with a gradation of 11-30T for the 12-speed drivetrain. The drivetrain is completed by the Shimano M9100 12s.

The cockpit of the Xelius SL 75th consists of a Lapierre Combo UD carbon handlebar and stem, which are available in different sizes to ensure an optimum fit. The handlebar tape is the special Lapierre Vexgel tape, which was designed to celebrate the brand's 75th anniversary. The headset is an integrated Acros model with Combo Acros Spacer.

The wheels are the Shimano Dura-Ace WHR9270 C36, which are tubeless ready and fitted with Continental GP5000S tyres in size 700x25. This combination offers excellent road holding and reduces the risk of punctures. The saddle is the Prologo Dimension with carbon rails, also in the 75th anniversary design, and the seatpost is a lightweight Lapierre Carbon Light with a diameter of 27.2mm and a length of 350mm.

The bike is rounded off by the VP-335 Clips&Strap pedals, which offer the rider additional support. With a price of EUR 8999, the Lapierre Xelius SL 75th is aimed at ambitious cyclists who value quality and performance.
