Lapierre XELIUS SL 7.0 - C1

The Lapierre XELIUS SL 7.0 - C1 model from 2024 is a high-quality road bike that stands out for its advanced features and first-class materials. The frame is made from Xelius SL Disc Thru-axle UD Superlight Carbon, which is renowned for its lightness and stability, and contributes to a maximum permissible weight of 110 kg. The brakes are fitted with the Shimano Ultegra Disc System, which features a 160 mm disc at the front and a 140 mm disc at the rear for reliable braking performance. The Shimano Ultegra Di2 R8150 12-speed electronic groupset enables precise and rapid gear changes, supported by the front derailleur of the same name.

The rigid fork complements the frame’s stability, whilst the Shimano Press Fit BB72-41B bottom bracket and the Shimano Ultegra R8150 crankset – available in different lengths depending on frame size (170 mm for XS and S, 172.5 mm for M and L, and 175 mm for XL) ensure efficient power transfer. The Shimano Ultegra R8100 cassette offers a range of 11–34T, matching the Shimano 105 CN-M7100 drivetrain, which also has 12 speeds.

The Lapierre UD Carbon handlebars are available in widths of 400 mm for sizes XS and S, and 420 mm for M, L and XL, and, together with the Lapierre Vexgel tape, ensure a comfortable grip. The stem, also by Lapierre, varies in length depending on frame size and features a -5.7° angle to promote an aerodynamic riding position. The headset is an integrated Acros system with Xelius Acros spacers.

The tyres are SCHWALBE ONE Perf with RaceGuard and MicroSkin technology, fitted in size 28-622 to the DT Swiss E1800 SPLINE wheelset, ensuring excellent performance on the road. The Fizik Argo Vento R5 saddle, with a width of 140 mm, offers comfort even on longer rides, whilst the Lapierre Carbon Light seatpost, with a diameter of 27.2 mm and a length of 350 mm, contributes to the bike’s lightness.

Priced at EUR 4,999, the XELIUS SL 7.0 – C1 offers excellent value for money and is aimed at ambitious riders who value quality and performance.
