Lapierre Prorace 24

The 2023 Lapierre Prorace 24 is a versatile youth bike that stands out for its well-balanced spec and excellent value for money. The Prorace 24’s frame is made from high-quality Supreme 4 Alloy, optimised for V-brakes, and brings the total weight down to a light 10 kg.

The brakes are Alhonga HJ-721 ADX V-brakes, which provide reliable stopping power. The drivetrain is fitted with a Shimano RD-TY300D 7-speed system, which, in combination with the Shimano STEF500 shifter, enables precise and smooth gear changes. In addition, the Shimano Tourney FD-TY300 front derailleur ensures the correct gear ratio, offering a total of 21 gears. The bike’s hubs are the KT A15F model at the front and the threaded KT A12R at the rear, ensuring a secure wheel mounting. The saddle, a Lapierre VL-5061 model, offers comfort for longer rides and is supported by an SP-342 seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm and a length of 300 mm.
