Lapierre E-Explorer 3.4 Mix

The 2022 "E-Explorer 3.4 Mix" model from Lapierre is a versatile e-bike, available at a price of 2299 EUR. It features a sturdy frame known as the Overvolt Explorer Mix Semi Integrated Bosch, which was specially developed to integrate the Bosch drive system. The e-bike is powered by the Bosch Active Line motor, which provides assistance up to a speed of 25 km/h. Power is supplied by a Bosch PowerPack 400 battery with a capacity of 400 Wh, whilst the Purion display is used to control and monitor riding data.

The braking system consists of Shimano MT200 brakes, which ensure reliable and safe deceleration. For gear changes, the bike is fitted with a Shimano Altus RD-M2000 9-speed Shadow rear derailleur, operated via the Shimano Alivio SLM3100 shifter with an optical gear indicator. The gear ratio is provided by a Shimano HG200 cassette with a range of 11–36T and a KMC e9 Sport Silver-black chain. The crankset consists of a LAPIERRE OVERVOLT BNI with a length of 170mm and a 38T narrow-wide chainring.

The bike is fitted with VP VPE-461 pedals and features a Lapierre 6061DB aluminium handlebar with a width of 660mm, a rise of 26mm and a backsweep of 30°. The ergonomic grips are from XLC and offer additional comfort on longer rides. The stem is also from Lapierre and has an angle of 17° and a length of 90 mm.

The wheels consist of Ryde ZAC421 rims measuring 584x21C, combined with Continental Double Fighter III tyres in size 50-584 (27.5"), fitted to both the front and rear. The hubs are Shimano TX505B models with a 9mm quick-release and a Centre Lock mount. The saddle, a Selle Royal Lancia Women model, offers a comfortable riding position, complemented by the Lapierre aluminium seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm and a length of 300 mm.
