KTM X-LIFE TRACK

The "X-LIFE TRACK" model from KTM, released in 2023, is a versatile off-road bike priced at 799 EUR. The frame is made from a robust 28" 6061 alloy off-road construction (T-2380) and offers high stability with a maximum load capacity of up to 115 kg. The bike itself weighs 13 kg, making it a lightweight yet durable choice for a variety of terrains.

The X-LIFE TRACK is fitted with Shimano EF505 2-piston brakes, which ensure reliable braking power. The gear system consists of a Shimano Acera M3020-8 SGS, which, in combination with the Shimano EF505-8 display shifter, enables precise and smooth gear changes. The front derailleur is a Shimano Tourney TY710, which, together with the Shimano Tourney T501 crankset (46-30T) and the Shimano HG400-8 cassette (11-40), provides a wide gear range. The drivetrain is complemented by the Shimano HG40-8 chain.

The bike’s fork is a Suntour NEX coil 28" with 63 mm of travel, which provides additional comfort on uneven terrain. The pedals are KTM Line Offroad BF, which ensure a secure grip and efficient power transfer. The bottom bracket is a Shimano UN101-C23X, renowned for its durability and reliable performance.

The handlebars, a KTM Line Rizer20 with a width of 640 mm, together with the KTM Comp Ergo Lock grips, offer a comfortable and ergonomic riding position. The stem is a KTM Line with a 15° angle, which ensures a comfortable riding position. The headset is a Ritchey OE Zero Logic 1.1/8", which ensures precise steering and control.

The rims are KTM Line – Shimano HB-TX505 CL 32H 100 QR at the front and FH-TX505-8 CL 32H 135 QR at the rear, combined with KTM 28" Casual 32H rims (622x20) and Pillar 2.0 INOX spokes in silver. The tyres are Schwalbe Smart Sam 47-622 RT, which are renowned for their versatility and good grip.

The saddle is a KTM Line Sport, which, together with the KTM Line 27.2 seatpost and the KTM Line clamp QR – 31.8mm saddle clamp, ensures comfort and stability. Overall, the KTM X-LIFE TRACK offers a well-thought-out specification that is suitable for both everyday use and more demanding off-road adventures.
