KTM X-LIFE ROAD

The 2023 "X-LIFE ROAD" model from KTM is a versatile and robust bike that is suitable for both off-road use and everyday riding. Priced at 849 EUR, this bike offers a solid specification and high-quality components.

The X-LIFE ROAD’s frame is made from 28" 6061 alloy, ensuring high stability and durability. The maximum load capacity is 115 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs in at 13 kg.

For the brakes, KTM has opted for the Tektro HD-T275 2-piston system, which offers reliable braking power and good control. The drivetrain consists of the Shimano Altus M2000-9 SGS Shadow, which, in combination with the Shimano Altus M2010-2 display shifter and the Shimano Acera T3000 front derailleur, enables precise and smooth gear changes.

The Suntour NEX Coil 28" HLO fork with 63mm travel ensures comfortable suspension on uneven terrain. The pedals are KTM Line Offroad BF, which provide good grip and comfort. The bottom bracket is a Shimano BB-MT500, whilst the crankset consists of a Shimano Altus MT210 with 46-30T. The cassette is a Shimano HG201-9 with an 11–34 tooth range, and the drivetrain is powered by a Shimano HG53-9 chain.

The handlebars are KTM Line Rizer20 with a width of 640mm, complemented by KTM Comp Ergo Lock grips for an ergonomic grip. The stem is a KTM Line with a 15° angle. The headset is a Ritchey OE Zero Logic 1.1/8", which ensures precise steering.

The rims are KTM Line – Shimano HB-TX505 CL 32H 100 QR at the front and Shimano FH-TX505-8 CL 32H 135 QR at the rear, each combined with KTM 28" Casual 32H rims and Pillar 2.0 INOX spokes in silver. The tyres are Schwalbe Smart Sam 47-622 RT, which offer good grip both on the road and off-road.

The saddle is a KTM Line Sport, fitted to a KTM Line 27.2 seatpost. The saddle is clamped using a KTM Line clamp QR with a diameter of 31.8mm.
