KTM X-LIFE RACE

The 2023 "X-LIFE RACE" model from KTM is a high-quality off-road bike, available at a price of 1,899 EUR. The bike’s frame is constructed from 28” Alloy 6061 OFFROAD TB / T-2390, ensuring robustness and durability. The maximum permissible weight is 131 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs in at 12 kg, making it a lightweight yet sturdy companion.

The bike is fitted with high-quality Shimano components. The brakes are Shimano Deore XT T8100 / M8100 2-piston units, which provide reliable and powerful braking performance. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Deore XT T8000-10 SGS Shadow system, operated via the Shimano Deore XT T8000-10 display shifter. The front derailleur is also a Shimano Deore XT T8000, ensuring precise and rapid gear changes.

The front fork is a Suntour NCX-E Air RL with 63 mm of travel, offering comfort and control on uneven terrain. The pedals are KTM Team Offroad LSB, which provide a secure grip. The bottom bracket is a Shimano BB-MT501B, whilst the crankset consists of a Shimano Deore XT T8000 with 48-36-26T chainrings. The cassette is a Shimano HG500-10 with 11–34 teeth, and the drivetrain uses a Shimano HG54-10 chain.

The handlebars are KTM Team flat 2X with a width of 620 mm, and the grips are KTM Comp Ergo Multi, which ensure comfort and control. The stem is a KTM Team with a 7° angle, and the headset is a KTM Team drop/in 1.1/8"-1.5".

The rims are KTM Line – Shimano HB-M8000 CL 32H 100 QR at the front and KTM 28" Casual 32H; 622x19 / Richman 2.0 double-butted INOX, black at the rear. The tyres are Schwalbe Smart Sam Perf. 44-622 RT Addix, fitted to both the front and rear, offering excellent grip on a variety of surfaces.

The saddle is a KTM Comp Hybrid, mounted on a KTM Team 27.2 seatpost. The saddle is clamped using a KTM Line clamp QR – 31.8mm, which allows for easy adjustment.
