KTM X-LIFE ACTION

The 2022 "X-LIFE ACTION" model from KTM is a high-quality bicycle which, at a price of 1149 EUR, represents an attractive option for discerning cyclists. The frame is constructed from a 28" 6061 alloy OFFROAD TB design (model T-2390-M), which offers both robustness and lightness. The maximum load capacity is 132 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs just 13 kg, providing a good balance between stability and manoeuvrability.

The X-LIFE ACTION’s braking system is fitted with Shimano Deore MT402 / MT410 brakes, which ensure reliable braking performance. The front brake disc is a Shimano RT54 CL 180 and the rear is an RT54 CL 160. Gear changes are handled by a Shimano Deore T6000-SGS Shadow system with 30 speeds, which enables precise and smooth shifting. The shift levers are also Shimano Deore T6000 and feature OGD (Optical Gear Display), which makes it easier to see the current gear. The front derailleur is a Shimano Deore T6000, which ensures efficient chain guidance.

The bike’s fork is a Suntour SF22-NX1, which provides good suspension and comfort on rough terrain. The pedals are KTM TEAM MTB, which ensure a secure grip and pedalling efficiency. The crankset consists of a Shimano Deore XT T521 with a 48-36-26T configuration, whilst the cassette is a Shimano GRX HG500-10 with an 11-34T range. Power is transmitted via a Shimano Deore HG54 chain.

The handlebars are KTM COMP Riser 15, which, in combination with the KTM COMP ERGO Lock grips, ensure comfortable handling. The stem is a KTM COMP 17°, which allows for an ergonomic riding position. The headset is a KTM Team Trekking 1 1/8–1.5 with a 15mm configuration.

The tyres are SCHWALBE SMART SAM Perf 44-622 in black at both the front and rear, which are known for their good traction and durability. The wheelset consists of a KTM Line - Shimano Alivio HB-M4050 CL 32H 100 QR at the front and a KTM Line - Shimano Alivio FH-M4050 CL 32H 135 QR, both fitted with KTM 28" Casual 32H rims (622x19) and Richman 2.0 INOX spokes in black.

The saddle is a KTM HYBRID, which ensures comfort on longer rides, and the seatpost is a KTM COMP 27.2, which provides additional stability and adjustability. Overall, the X-LIFE ACTION from KTM offers a well-thought-out combination of high-quality components and sophisticated design, making it suitable for both off-road adventures and everyday use.
