KTM MACINA TOUR P510

The "MACINA TOUR P510" model from KTM, released in 2023, is a high-quality e-bike characterised by a wide range of technical features and robust construction. The frame is made from Macina Trekking Onroad Alloy 6061 and is fitted with a Bosch Gen.3 motor delivering 75 Nm of torque. The battery, a Bosch PowerTUBE with a capacity of 500 Wh, is elegantly integrated into the frame and provides a range suitable for extended tours. The maximum permissible weight is 145 kg, whilst the bike’s own weight is 26 kg.

Safety and control are ensured by the Shimano MT200 brakes with a 2-piston system. Gear changes are managed via the Shimano Alivio M3100-9 SGS Shadow system, controlled by the Shimano Alivio M3100-9 shifter with display. The Suntour NCX32-D coil LO fork, with 63 mm of travel, provides suspension and enhances comfort on uneven terrain.

The bike is lit by the B&M Lumotec DOPP LED front light (35 lux) and the B&M Toplight 2C LED rear light, which ensure good visibility in road traffic. The pedals are VP-616 trekking pedals with an anti-slip coating, which provides extra grip. The crankset is a KTM E-LINE BNI with a length of 170 mm and a Q-factor of 16.

The cassette consists of a Shimano HG201-9 with a range of 11–36 teeth. Power is provided by the Shimano E6070-9 e-bike motor. The handlebars are KTM Line Rizer20, 640 mm wide, fitted with Ergon GP1 SD grips for better grip and comfort. The stem is adjustable (0–90°) and helps to ensure the riding position is optimally adjusted.

The headset is an Acros AICR internal 1.1/8"-1.5" angle limit, which ensures precise steering. The rims are identical at the front and rear: KTM Line – Shimano Deore M6000 CL 32H combined with Ambrosio Sport 25 700C 32H and DT Champion or DT Alpine II spokes. The Schwalbe Energizer Plus Perf. GreenGuard tyres (50-622) offer excellent grip and puncture protection.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Essenza+, mounted on a KTM Line Elegance suspension seatpost with a diameter of 30.9 mm and a length of 300 mm. The saddle is clamped in place using the KTM Line JD-SC99, with a diameter of 34.9 mm. SKS A55K mudguards in matt black protect against splashes and dirt.

For added comfort and functionality, the bike features a KTM 28" adjustable kickstand and a KTM Tour luggage rack (Snap-It 1.0). The chain guard has been specially developed for Bosch Gen.3 motors.

The bike comes with a Bosch STANDARD Charger 4A SMART SYSTEM, which charges the battery efficiently. The price for this model is 3449 EUR, making it an attractive option for discerning cyclists who value quality and reliability.
