KTM MACINA STYLE 620

The 2021 "MACINA STYLE 620" model from KTM is a high-quality e-bike available for 3,699 EUR. It features a robust frame made from Macina Trekking Onroad Alloy 6061, combined with a PT625Wh Bosch Gen.4 battery (T-0450), which provides a reliable and durable foundation.

For the brakes, KTM has opted for Shimano MT402 (3-F) and MT420 4-piston brakes, which, in combination with Shimano RT54 CL 180 / 160 front brake discs, ensure excellent braking performance. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Deore M5100-11 SGS shadow+ system, which, together with the Shimano Deore M5100-11 shifter, enables precise and smooth gear changes.

The Suntour NCX-E air LO fork, with 63mm of travel and 15QLC technology, ensures a comfortable ride even on uneven roads. For good visibility in traffic, the bike is fitted with a B&M Lumotec IQ-XS LED front light (70 lux) and a B&M Toplight 2C LED rear light.

The bike is fitted with VP-616 trekking pedals, which feature an anti-slip coating, as well as a KTM COMP ISIS crankset with 170mm Q16. The drivetrain consists of Shimano Deore M5100-11 / 11-51 components, and power is transmitted via the KMC e11 Sport EPT e-bike chain.

Steering is provided by the KTM Line Rizer20 handlebars, 640mm wide, combined with Ergon GP30 SD grips with bar ends and an adjustable KTM Line UP3 stem (0–90°). The headset is a KTM Team eTrekking 1.1/8"-1.5" angle limit, which ensures stability and precision.

The tyres are Schwalbe Energizer Plus Perf. GreenGuard 50-622, which provide good grip and puncture resistance. The wheelsets consist of high-quality components such as the front KTM Line – Shimano Deore M6010 CL 32H 100-15TA / Ambrosio Sport Disc 32H 622x23C / DT Champion 2.0 black and the rear KTM Line – Shimano Deore M6000 CL 32H 135-5QR / Ambrosio Sport Disc 32H 622x23C / DT Alpine II 2.34 black.

The saddle is a comfortable Selle Royal Lookin+, mounted on a Suntour SP17-NCX suspension seatpost (30.9/350), which offers additional comfort. SKS A55K mudguards in matt black protect against splashes, whilst the KTM Type 1 chain guard for Bosch Gen.4 protects the drivetrain. A KTM 28" adjustable kickstand and a KTM Racktime Tour luggage rack (Snap-It 1+2) complete the specification.

The MACINA STYLE 620 is powered by a high-performance Bosch PERFORMANCE CX Gen.4 motor with 85Nm of torque, which provides assistance up to a speed of 25 km/h. The Bosch PowerTUBE battery, with a capacity of 625Wh, ensures a long range. The Bosch INTUVIA LCD display with remote control offers intuitive operation and displays all key information at a glance.
