KTM MACINA SPORT 610

The "MACINA SPORT 610" model from KTM, released in 2023, is a high-quality e-bike available for 4099 EUR. The frame is made from Macina PTS Onroad Alloy 6061 and features an integrated PT625Wh Bosch Gen.4 battery. With a maximum permissible weight of 146 kg and a kerb weight of 26 kg, the bike boasts a robust and stable construction.

The braking system features Shimano MT402 (3-F) and MT420 4-piston brakes, which ensure reliable and powerful braking performance. Gear changes are handled by a Shimano Deore M5130-10 LG shadow+ groupset with a matching shifter, enabling precise and smooth gear changes. The Suntour NCX-D Air LO fork, with 63 mm of travel, provides additional comfort on uneven terrain.

For lighting, a B&M Lumotec MYC LED front light (50 lux) and a B&M Toplight 2C LED rear light are fitted, ensuring good visibility in road traffic. The VP-616 trekking pedals are non-slip and contribute to safety. The crankset consists of a KTM E-COMP ISIS with a length of 170 mm, and the cassette is a Shimano LG400-10 with a gear ratio of 11–43.

The drivetrain is supported by a Shimano LG500. The handlebars are KTM Line low-riser bars with a width of 640 mm, whilst the Ergon GP30 SD grips with bar ends ensure ergonomic comfort. The stem has a 17° angle and is also from the KTM Line series. The headset is a KTM Team Trekking model with an angle-limiting system.

The front and rear rims are Ryde Rival Sport 32H, combined with Shimano Deore M6000 CL hubs and robust DT Champion and DT Alpine II spokes respectively. Both tyres are Schwalbe Marathon Mondial Perf. RaceGuard 47-622, which are renowned for their durability and puncture resistance.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Essenza+ model, mounted on a KTM Line seatpost measuring 30.9/350. The seatpost clamp is a KTM Line CL-KE06E-CV with a diameter of 34.9 mm. SKS A55K mudguards in matt black provide protection against splashes.

The bike does not have a chain guard, but it does feature an adjustable kickstand for 28-inch wheels and a lightweight luggage rack from KTM (snap-it 1.0). The motor is a Bosch PERFORMANCE CX Gen.4 SMART SYSTEM with a maximum assistance speed of up to 25 km/h and a torque of 85 Nm. The integrated battery has a capacity of 625 Wh and is charged using a Bosch STANDARD Charger 4A SMART SYSTEM.

The e-bike’s display consists of a Bosch LED remote SMART SYSTEM combined with a Bosch INTUVIA 100 LCD display; both are part of the SMART SYSTEM, which ensures user-friendly operation.
