KTM MACINA GRAN P510

The 2023 "MACINA GRAN P510" model from KTM is a high-quality e-bike which, at a price of 3399 EUR, offers excellent value for money. The bike’s frame is made from Macina Onroad 27.5” Alloy 6061 and is fitted with an integrated Bosch Gen.3 battery with a capacity of 500 Wh. The maximum permissible weight is 146 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 26 kg.

Braking performance is provided by the Shimano MT200 system with 2-piston brakes, which ensure reliable deceleration and safety. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Alivio M3100-9 SGS Shadow system, complemented by the Shimano Alivio M3100-9 shifter with display. The Suntour XCM 32 ATB coil fork, with its 80 mm travel and tapered design, offers additional comfort and control on rough terrain.

The bike’s lighting is provided by the B&M Lumotec DOPP LED front light (35 lux) and the B&M Toplight 2C LED rear light, ensuring good visibility in the dark. The VP-616 trekking pedals are non-slip and offer a secure grip. The Ergotec Lady Town GH16 handlebars are 630 mm wide, and the KTM Comp Ergo Lock grips offer additional comfort. The KTM Line UP3 stem is adjustable from 0–90°, allowing for individual customisation of the riding position. The Ritchey Zero Logic Comp headset ensures precise steering.

The bike is fitted with robust rims: at the front, a combination of KTM Line – Shimano Deore M6000 CL 32H 100-5QR / Ryde Rival30 32H 584x30C / DT Champion 2.0 black; and at the rear, KTM Line - Shimano Deore M6000 CL 32H 135-5QR / Ryde Rival30 32H 584x30C / DT Alpine II 2.34 black. The Schwalbe Al Grounder Perf. tyres (60-584 RT Addix) provide excellent traction and stability.

The Selle Royal Essenza+ saddle and the KTM Line Elegance suspension seatpost (30.9/300) offer a high level of comfort on long rides. The saddle is clamped using the KTM Line JD-SC99, which has a diameter of 34.9 mm. SKS A69R mudguards (69 mm in matt black) protect against dirt and splashes, whilst the SKS Chainblade chain guard (42T) covers the chain.

An adjustable KTM 28" kickstand ensures the bike stands securely, and the KTM light luggage rack (snap-it 1.0) provides space for extra luggage.
