KTM MACINA GRAN P272

The "MACINA GRAN P272" model from KTM, released in 2021, is a versatile e-bike available for 2,899 EUR. The bike’s frame is made from Macina Onroad 27.5” Alloy 6061 and is fitted with a Si-PP 500Wh Bosch Gen.3 battery. At the heart of the drivetrain is the Bosch PERFORMANCE Gen.3 motor, delivering 65Nm of torque and providing assistance up to a speed of 25 km/h. The battery has a capacity of 500Wh and is controlled via the Bosch INTUVIA LCD display with remote.

Reliable braking performance is provided by the Shimano MT200 brakes with 2-piston calipers and Shimano RT30 CL brake discs, measuring 180 mm in diameter at the front and 160 mm at the rear. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Alivio M3100-9 SGS Shadow derailleur in combination with the Shimano Alivio M3100-9 shifter, enabling precise gear changes. The cassette is a Shimano HG201-9 with a range of 11–36 teeth.

The Suntour XCM 32 coil fork, with a nominal travel of 80 mm and a 15x100 mm tapered axle standard, ensures a comfortable ride even on uneven terrain. For lighting, the bike is fitted with a B&M Lumotec MYC LED front light (50 lux) and a B&M Toplight 2C LED rear light.

The KTM MACINA GRAN P272 features VP-616 trekking pedals with an anti-slip coating, a KTM LINE BNI crankset with a length of 170 mm and Q16, and an Ergotec Lady Town GH16 handlebar with a width of 630 mm. The grips are KTM Comp Ergo Lock, and the stem is an adjustable KTM Line UP3 with an adjustment range of 0–90°. The headset is a Ritchey Zero Logic Comp with a diameter of 1.1/8"–1.5".

The tyres are Schwalbe Marathon Almotion Perf. RaceGuard in size 55-584, fitted to a robust wheelset comprising KTM Line rims, Shimano MT400 CL front hubs and Shimano Deore M6000 CL rear hubs, as well as DT Champion and DT Alpine II spokes. The saddle is a Selle Royal Essenza, fitted to a KTM Line seatpost measuring 30.9/350.

Additional features include SKS A65R mudguards in matt black, an adjustable KTM stand for 28" wheels and a lightweight KTM Racktime luggage rack (snap-it 1+2).
