KTM LIFE TOUR

The "LIFE TOUR" model from the "KTM" brand, released in 2023, offers a balanced combination of high-quality features and well-thought-out design at a price of 1999 EUR. The frame is constructed from 28" 6061 alloy ONROAD BELT TB / T-9790, which is robust yet lightweight. The maximum permissible weight is 134 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs just 15 kg, making it an easy-to-handle and versatile companion.

For the brakes, KTM has opted for the Shimano Deore T6000 / M6000 2-piston system, which ensures reliable braking performance. The gear lever is a Shimano Alfine 11 display, enabling precise and easy gear changes. The Suntour NCX-E Air LO fork, with 63 mm of travel and a 15QLC thru-axle, provides additional comfort and stability on a wide variety of road surfaces.

Lighting is provided by the B&M Lumotec MYC LED front light, with a luminous intensity of 50 lux, and the AXA Juno Steady rear light, both of which ensure optimum visibility in the dark. The pedals are KTM Comp Onroad SB, which ensure a secure grip and efficiency whilst riding.

The drivetrain consists of a Gates 118T CDN drive belt, combined with a Gates Carbon Drive S150 crankset with 46 teeth and a Gates Carbon Drive CT1122XSE sprocket with 22 teeth. These components offer a low-maintenance and durable solution for everyday use. The bottom bracket is a Shimano UN300-B23X, which ensures smooth power transfer.

The handlebars are a KTM Line Rizer 15 with a width of 640 mm, complemented by KTM Comp Ergo Multi grips for added comfort. The stem is a KTM Line 17°, whilst the headset is a KTM Team Trekking 1.1/8"-1.5" angle limit, offering stability and precision.

The rims are KTM Line at both the front and rear, with Shimano DH-S501 CL 32H hubs at the front and Shimano SG-S700 CL 32H hubs at the rear, both fitted with Richman 2.0 double-butted INOX spokes in black. The tyres are Schwalbe Marathon Racer Perf. RaceGuard 40-622 RT, renowned for their excellent traction and durability.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Essenza Moderate, which, together with the KTM Line Tour seatpost (27.2 mm diameter) and the KTM Line clamp QR seat clamp (31.8 mm), ensures a high level of comfort. SKS PET A 46 R 28" mudguards in matt black protect against dirt and spray, whilst the infinitely adjustable KTM kickstand ensures the bike stands securely. The Racktime LIGHT KTM luggage rack (snapit 2.0) rounds off the specification and offers practical transport options.
