KTM LIFE TOUR

The 2022 "LIFE TOUR" model from KTM is a high-quality touring bike that stands out for its robust construction and well-thought-out features. The frame is made from 28" Alloy 6061 ONROAD BELT TB / T-9790-M, which gives the bike excellent stability and durability. The maximum load capacity is 134 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs just 15 kg, making it a lightweight yet sturdy companion.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano Deore T6000 brakes in combination with Shimano RT54 CL brake discs (180 mm at the front and 160 mm at the rear). These components ensure reliable and precise braking power. The gear system is a Shimano Alfine-11 with matching shift levers (Shimano Alfine-11 S700 w/ OGD), offering a total of 11 gears and thus allowing flexible adaptation to different riding conditions.

The LIFE TOUR’s fork is a Suntour SF18K-NCX-E AIR LO DS, which provides additional comfort on uneven terrain. For lighting, the bike is fitted with a B&M LUMOTEC MYC 50 front light and a B&M TOPLIGHT 2C PLUS rear light, which enhance safety when cycling at dusk or at night.

Other features include KTM COMP Onroad pedals, a CARBON DRIVE crankset with 46 teeth and a CARBON DRIVE chainring with 22 teeth. Power is transmitted via a CARBON DRIVE CDNB118 system, which is renowned for its durability and low-maintenance design. The handlebars are KTM LINE Riser 15, complemented by ERGON GP10 grips in black, which ensure an ergonomic hand position. The stem is a KTM LINE with a 17° angle, and the headset is a KTM TEAM 1 1 1/8"-1.5" with a 15 mm height.

The tyres are SCHWALBE MARATHON RACER Perf RaceGuard (40-622) in black, fitted to both the front and rear. The wheelsets consist of KTM Line rims with Shimano Alfine hubs (front: DH-S501 CL 32H 100 QR, rear: SG-S700 CL 32H 135 QR) and Richman 2.0 INOX spokes in black. The saddle is a SELLE ROYAL Essenza Moderate, mounted on a KTM LINE Tour seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm.

In addition, the LIFE TOUR features an adjustable KTM rear stand for 28" wheels and a RACKTIME LIGHT 21 luggage rack, which is ideal for carrying bags or other items. The price for this fully equipped bike is 1949 EUR.
