KTM LIFE EIGHT

The "LIFE EIGHT" model from KTM, released in 2022, is a high-quality on-road bike characterised by its robust construction and reliable components. The frame is made from a 28" Alloy 6061 ONROAD BELT TB / T-9790-M alloy, which gives the bike a stable and lightweight structure. Weighing 16 kg and with a maximum load capacity of 117 kg, the LIFE EIGHT provides a solid foundation for a variety of rides.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano MT201 / MT200 brakes, fitted with Shimano RT10 CL 160 mm brake discs at both the front and rear. This combination ensures reliable and precise braking power. The gear system consists of a Shimano Nexus-8 hub gear, operated via the Shimano Nexus-8 C6000 gear lever and offering a total of 8 gears. This allows for easy and efficient gear selection for different riding conditions.

The bike’s fork is a Suntour SF18K-NCX-E AIR LO DS, which provides additional comfort and stability. For improved visibility on the road, the LIFE EIGHT is fitted with a B&M LUMOTEC Upp N front light and a TRELOCK DUO FLAT LS 613 rear light.

The bike is fitted with KTM COMP Onroad pedals and a CARBON DRIVE crankset with a 46T chainring and a 22T sprocket. Power is transmitted via a CARBON DRIVE CDNB118 system, which is renowned for its durability and low-maintenance design.

The handlebars, a KTM LINE Riser 20, combined with ERGON GP10 grips (in black/grey) and a KTM LINE 17° stem, provide a comfortable and ergonomic riding position. The headset is a KTM TEAM 1 1/8"-1.5" 15mm, which provides additional stability.

The tyres are SCHWALBE MARATHON RACER Perf with RaceGuard technology in size 40-622, both front and rear in black. The front wheel consists of a KTM Line – Shimano DH-3D37 CL 36H 100 QR / KTM 28" City 36H; 622x19 / Richman 2.0 INOX silver; and at the rear, a KTM Line – Shimano Nexus-8 SG-C6001-8 36H 135 QR Disc / KTM 28" City 36H; 622x19 / Richman 2.0 INOX silver.

The saddle is a SELLE ROYAL Rio Plus, mounted on a KTM LINE 27.2 seatpost. The bike also features an adjustable KTM Rear 28" kickstand and a RACKTIME LIGHT 21 luggage rack, which provides additional storage space for luggage.
