KAYZA Spodic 12.9 Hardtai

The “Spodic 12.9 Hardtail” from KAYZA, released in 2023, is a robust mountain bike that stands out for its solid build and high performance. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium and, with a size of 50 cm, provides a stable base for challenging rides. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, making the bike suitable for heavier riders too.

Braking performance is provided by the TEKTRO “HD-M280” braking system, which is fitted with 180 mm brake discs at both the front and rear. These hydraulic disc brakes offer reliable control and safety on any terrain. The 12-speed SRAM “GX Eagle” drivetrain enables precise and smooth gear changes, supported by the SRAM “SX EAGLE” trigger shifters.

The drivetrain is also from SRAM’s GX Eagle series, featuring a crankset with a 32-tooth chainring and a cassette with a 11–50-tooth range, enabling a wide range of gear ratios.

The bike is fitted with high-quality components, including CONTEC “Moab” handlebars and a “Forge” stem, which ensure stable handling. The MAXXIS “Rekon” tyres, measuring 29x2.25 inches, offer excellent grip and stability on a variety of surfaces. The wheels are fitted with KAYZA “X17” hollow-section rims and black stainless steel spokes, whilst the hubs are from PROMAX and SHIMANO.

The SELLE ROYAL “Vivo” saddle and the CONTEC “SP-619” seatpost contribute to a comfortable riding experience. The overall package is rounded off by the VPE “993” pedals.
