KAYZA Spodic 10.9 Hardtai

The "Spodic 10.9 Hardtail" model from the KAYZA brand from 2023 offers a balanced combination of performance and reliability at a price of 1349 EUR. The 6061 aluminium frame is manufactured in the 50 cm size and contributes to a total permissible weight of up to 130 kg, ensuring a robust and durable construction.

The brake system consists of TEKTRO "HD-M280" components, including brake levers and brake discs at the front and rear, each with a diameter of 180 mm. These ensure reliable braking performance under various conditions. The bike is equipped with a 12-speed SRAM "SX Eagle" drivetrain, which is operated via a trigger shifter for precise and responsive shifting.

Front suspension is provided by the SUNTOUR "SF14-XCR32-AIR-LOR-DS-29" fork with 100 mm of travel, finished in a matt black colour. This improves comfort and control on uneven terrain. The VPE "993" pedals and the SRAM "DUB BSA" bottom bracket complete the drivetrain, which is rounded off by the SRAM "SX EAGLE" crankset with 30 teeth and a length of 170 mm. The sprocket offers a bandwidth of 11 to 50 teeth, which ensures a wide range of possible uses.

The handlebars are a CONTEC "Moab" model with a diameter of 31.8 mm and a width of 740 mm, while the grips are of the CONTEC "MTB Straight long" type. The stem, also from CONTEC, has a length of 70 mm and fits the semi-integrated headset from GW. The rims are KAYZA hollow chamber "X17", which are designed for disc brakes, and the tyres are MAXXIS "Rekon" in size 29x2.25, fitted both front and rear. The spokes are made of black stainless steel.

The front hub is a PROMAX "DB602EF-CL" with quick release and 32 holes, while the rear hub is a SHIMANO "FH-M3050". The saddle, a SELLE ROYAL "Vivo", offers comfort on longer rides and is mounted on a CONTEC "SP-619" seatpost, which has a diameter of 31.6 mm and a length of 400 mm.
