KAYZA Hydric 5.9 Hardtai

The "Hydric 5.9 Hardtail" model from KAYZA, released in 2023, is a versatile e-mountain bike which, at a price of 3299 EUR, represents an attractive option for cyclists who value quality and performance. The bike’s frame is made from robust 6061 aluminium and is designed as a hardtail with a frame height of 46 cm. With a maximum load capacity of 130 kg, the bike provides a solid foundation for a wide range of uses.

Fitted with ALHONGA “HT472” brakes and brake levers, each featuring a two-finger operation, the bike ensures reliable braking performance. Braking power is supported by 180 mm brake discs at both the front and rear. The drivetrain consists of a 9-speed SHIMANO “Acera” system, controlled by SHIMANO “Alivio” shifters, enabling precise and smooth gear changes.

The RST “Blaze-ML-29” fork, with 120 mm of travel, offers comfort and control on uneven terrain. Power is provided by a 4th-generation BOSCH “Performance CX” mid-drive motor with an output of 250 W and a voltage of 36 V. The motor is powered by a BOSCH “PowerPack 545” battery with a capacity of 545 Wh, which can be charged using a Bosch 4 A charger. Further features include the CONTEC “Moab” handlebars with a diameter of 31.8 mm and a width of 740 mm, as well as CONTEC “MTB Straight Long” grips. The rims are KAYZA hollow-section “X18” disc rims, fitted with MAXXIS “Rekon” tyres in size 29x2.4. The hubs are from FORMULA, with the front hub being the “DC-20” model and the rear hub the “EHL-148S” model.

The SR “Vivo Sport Ergo” saddle in black and the CONTEC “Pillar” seatpost, with a diameter of 31.6 mm and a length of 400 mm, provide comfort on longer rides. A transparent chain guard from BLASE and the CONTEC “Powerlock” battery-powered lock round off the specification to ensure safety and security.
