Kalkhoff ENTICE 7 MOVE+

The "ENTICE 7 MOVE+" model from Kalkhoff, launched in 2024, is a versatile e-bike fitted with a wide range of high-quality components. The frame is made of robust aluminium and is constructed using the Integrale 1.6 design, which gives the bike a solid foundation and a maximum permissible weight of up to 170 kg. The bike’s drive is powered by a high-performance Bosch Performance Line CX Smart System motor with 85 Nm of torque, which, together with a 750 Wh Li-ion battery, ensures an impressive range. The system is controlled via the colour Bosch Kiox 300 display, which also offers a walk-assist function.

The ENTICE 7 MOVE+ is fitted with an 11-speed Shimano Cues system, operated via the Shimano Cues gear lever. Braking is provided by Tektro T535 hydraulic disc brakes with 4-piston brake levers, which perform reliably even in challenging conditions. The Suntour Mobie34 Air fork, with 100 mm of travel and a 15 mm thru-axle, contributes to a comfortable ride.

The lighting system consists of a Litemove LED front light with 110 LUX and a Trelock COB Line LED rear light, which ensure good visibility in the dark. The bike is also fitted with a MIK HD luggage rack, which makes it easier to carry loads. The Selle Royal ON saddle and the suspension-equipped Patent XXL seatpost offer additional comfort on longer rides.

The bike’s wheels are fitted with Rodi TRYP35 rims and Schwalbe Johnny Watts Performance tyres, which ensure good traction and stability. The hubs are from Shimano – the Alivio MT400 model at the front and the GRX RS470 model at the rear – which guarantees reliable performance. The handlebars are Concept EX Ergo Riser, combined with an adjustable Concept EX stem.

Other features include aluminium MTB flat pedals with reflectors and plastic mudguards with edge protection. The Kalkhoff ENTICE 7 MOVE+ is priced at 4999 EUR, which represents excellent value for money given its high-quality components and powerful e-bike technology.
