HNF Nicolai XD3 All Terrain

The XD3 All Terrain model from HNF Nicolai, launched in 2024, offers an impressive combination of robust construction and advanced technology. Priced at 4695 EUR, this e-bike is positioned in the premium segment and is aimed at discerning riders who want to ride both on the road and off-road. The aluminium frame ensures a stable and durable foundation, whilst the maximum load capacity of 150 kg and the kerb weight of 30 kg underline the bike’s versatility and load-bearing capacity.

The braking system consists of a Magura VR MT5 with a 203 mm rotor at the front and an HR MT4 with an 180 mm rotor at the rear, ensuring reliable braking performance. The Enviolo CVP TR gear system, featuring an Enviolo CT twist grip, offers continuously variable gearing with an impressive 99 gears, which can be optimally adapted to individual needs. Suspension is provided by the RockShox Recon Silver 29" fork with 120 mm of travel and the EXT 34 air fork, also with 120 mm of travel, ensuring comfort and control on uneven terrain.

The adjustable Ergotec Swell RE stem (100 mm) allows for individual adjustment of the riding position. The 27.5" Vuelta Disc Runner rims and WTB Groov-E FG tyres ensure optimum traction and stability.

The XD3 All Terrain is fitted with a Selle Royal Essenza Athletic saddle, mounted on a Satori Trident or Ergotec Atar seatpost. The HNF aluminium multi-cavity extrusion mudguards offer protection against dirt and water, whilst the Pletscher Optima Flex kickstand ensures the bike stands securely. An Abus Bordo 6000/90 Powertube IT2.1 XPlus lock provides additional theft protection.

The Racktime luggage rack is designed to carry loads of up to 25 kg and features the Snap-It 2.0 system. The Bosch Gen 4 Performance Line CX motor, combined with a Bosch PowerTube battery with a capacity of 625 Wh, delivers powerful assistance and a long range. The Bosch Intuvia display offers intuitive control of all functions.
