Haibike SDURO HardFour 1.0

The "SDURO HardFour 1.0" model from Haibike, released in 2020, is a mountain bike designed specifically for young riders. Priced at 1999 EUR, it offers a solid spec and modern technology. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium, features a quick-release skewer measuring 5 x 135 mm and is designed for post-mount disc brakes. The maximum load capacity is 80 kg.

The SDURO HardFour 1.0’s braking system consists of Tektro M282 disc brakes with a diameter of 160 mm and matching aluminium brake levers. The gear system is a Shimano Altus M2000 with 9 speeds, operated via Shimano Altus M2010 Rapidfire shifters. The fork is an SR Suntour XCR LO Lockout with a steel spring and 63 mm of travel, mounted on a 1 1/8" steel steerer tube with an 8 x 100 mm axle mount.

The bike is fitted with Wellgo LU984DU pedals and uses a Shimano HG200 cassette with 11–36 teeth, as well as a KMC X9 chain for the drivetrain. The handlebars, a Haibike Components TheBar + Topflat with a width of 640mm, and the Haibike MTB grips ensure good control and comfort. The stem is a Haibike Components TheStem ++, A-Head, with a 31.8mm handlebar clamp and a 12˚ angle, complemented by an A-Head Tapered headset.

The rims are Rodi FW Disc, eyeleted and made from aluminium as hollow-section rims. The tyres are Schwalbe Table Top Performance, sized 57-507. The hubs are also from Haibike Components TheHub + and are painted black, as are the Sapim Leader spokes. The wheelset size is 24 inches.

Riding comfort is ensured by the Haibike Components TheSaddle Junior saddle, which is mounted on a Haibike Components The Seatpost + seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm and a patented aluminium construction.

At the heart of the bike is the Yamaha PW-TE system, featuring a motor that delivers 250W of power and 60Nm of torque. The motor assists up to a speed of 20 km/h. The battery is a Yamaha lithium-ion model with a capacity of 400 Wh, and the display is the Yamaha Side Switch.
