Haibike FullSeven 5

The 2021 Haibike FullSeven 5 is a versatile e-mountain bike which, at a price of 3,799 EUR, represents an attractive option for ambitious riders. The frame is made from robust 6061 aluminium and features an M12 (1.75) x 148mm thru-axle and a post-mount disc brake. The frame offers 150mm of suspension travel and is designed for a maximum rider weight of up to 120 kg.

The FullSeven 5’s braking system consists of Tektro Orion M745 brakes with 203mm discs at the front and 180mm discs at the rear, combined with Tektro Orion M745 aluminium brake levers. The gear system is controlled by the Shimano Deore M5100, an 11-speed groupset, and the Shimano Deore M5100 trigger shifters.

Suspension is provided by the RockShox 35 Silver fork with 160mm of travel, a steel spring, an aluminium steerer tube (1 1/8 – 1 1/2'' tapered) and a 15 x 110mm Boost thru-axle. The rear shock is a RockShox Deluxe Select Plus air shock, which offers additional ride dynamics and comfort.

The bike is fitted with aluminium freeride pedals featuring reflectors. The Shimano HG5100 sprocket offers a range of 11–51 teeth, whilst the drivetrain is powered by a KMC X11 chain. The Haibike Components TheBar +++ Gravity handlebars measure 780mm and the grips are specially designed for MTB. The stem is a Haibike Components TheStem ++ A-Head with a bar bore of 31.8mm and an angle of 7˚. The headset is A-Head Tapered.

The FullSeven 5 rides on Rodi Tryp 35 aluminium rims with a hollow-chamber profile and Schwalbe Nobby Nic Performance tyres in size 65-584. The hubs are: front – Haibike Components The Hub ++ thru-axle 15x110mm and rear – Haibike Components TheHub ++ thru-axle 12x148mm. The saddle is a Haibike Components TheSaddle and the seatpost is a Haibike Components TheSeatpost ++ made of aluminium with a diameter of 31.6mm.

The e-mountain bike is powered by the Yamaha PW-ST system, which delivers 250W of power and 70Nm of torque, with maximum assistance up to a speed of 25km/h. The battery, a Yamaha InTube with a capacity of 500 Wh, ensures sufficient range. The display is a Yamaha Side Switch, which clearly shows the rider all the important information.
