Haibike FullNine 8

The "FullNine 8" model from Haibike, released in 2021, is a high-performance e-mountain bike that stands out thanks to its high-quality components and well-thought-out design. The price for this model is 4799 EUR.

The FullNine 8’s frame is made from robust 6061 aluminium and is fitted with a SkidPlate and an integrated Bosch motor. The thru-axle measures M12 (1.75) x 148 mm and the disc brakes are fitted in a post-mount configuration. The bike offers 140 mm of suspension travel and has a maximum load capacity of 120 kg.

The bike’s brakes are Shimano MT420 models made of aluminium with 203 mm discs, whilst the brake levers are also made of aluminium and are Shimano MT401 models. The drivetrain is a SRAM SX Eagle 12-speed system, controlled by an SRAM SX Eagle trigger shifter.

The FullNine 8’s fork is a RockShox Lyrik Select with air/oil damping, 140 mm of travel and a tapered aluminium steerer tube ranging from 1 1/8 to 1 1/2 inches, as well as a 15 x 110 mm thru-axle in the Boost standard. The rear shock is a RockShox Deluxe Select Plus, also with air damping.

The bike is fitted with aluminium freeride pedals featuring reflectors. The cassette is a SRAM Eagle PG1210 with 11–50 teeth. The drivetrain is powered by the SRAM SX Eagle system.

For the steering, the Haibike Components TheBar +++ Gravity handlebar, 780 mm wide, has been used, complemented by Haibike MTB grips and a Haibike Components TheStem 2 stem with a bar bore of 31.8 mm. The headset is an A-Head Tapered model.

The rims are Rodi Tryp 30, eyeleted and made from aluminium as hollow-section rims. The tyres are Schwalbe Nobby Nic Evo SnakeSkin, size 65-622. The hubs are Shimano MT400-B models at both the front and rear.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Vivo, mounted on a Haibike Components TheSeatpost ++ seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm, also made of aluminium.

The FullNine 8 is powered by a Bosch Performance CX GEN4 motor with an output of 250 W and a torque of 85 Nm, which provides assistance up to a speed of 25 km/h. The battery is a Bosch PowerTube with a capacity of 625 Wh. The display is a Bosch Purion model, which clearly shows all the key information.
