Haibike AllMtn 3

Haibike’s 2021 “AllMtn 3” model offers an impressive combination of advanced technology and robust design. Priced at €4,799, this e-mountain bike is positioned in the upper mid-range and is aimed at ambitious riders who want to tackle both challenging trails and longer tours.

The AllMtn 3’s frame is made from 6061 aluminium and incorporates the Bosch motor, resulting in a sleek and aesthetically pleasing design. The frame features a SkidPlate, an M12 (1.75) x 148 mm thru-axle and a post-mount disc brake mount. The suspension travel is a generous 160mm, ensuring excellent damping and control on uneven terrain. The bike’s maximum load capacity is 120 kg, offering ample scope for both rider and luggage.

The AllMtn 3’s brakes are aluminium Shimano MT420 models with 203mm discs, which, in combination with the Shimano MT401 brake levers, deliver precise and reliable braking performance. The drivetrain consists of a SRAM SX Eagle 12-speed system, operated by SRAM SX Eagle trigger shifters. This setup enables fast and precise gear changes, which are particularly advantageous on challenging terrain.

Front suspension is provided by a RockShox Yari RC fork with 160mm of travel, an aluminium steerer tube (1 1/8 – 1 1/2'' tapered) and a 15 x 110mm Boost thru-axle. At the rear, the bike is fitted with a RockShox Deluxe Select Plus shock, which is also air-sprung and ensures a smooth ride.

The AllMtn 3 is fitted with aluminium freeride pedals featuring reflectors. The cassette is a SRAM Eagle PG1210 with a gear range of 11–50 teeth. The drivetrain is a SRAM SX Eagle system.

The handlebars are Haibike Components TheBar +++ Gravity with a width of 780mm, whilst the grips are Haibike MTB grips. The stem is a Haibike Components TheStem 2, A-Head with a bar bore of 31.8mm. The headset is an A-Head Tapered model.

The AllMtn 3’s rims are Rodi Tryp 30 models, eyeleted and manufactured as hollow-section aluminium rims. The tyres are Maxxis Minion DHF II (65-622) at the front and Maxxis Minion DHR II (71-584) at the rear, providing excellent grip and stability. The hubs are Shimano MT400-B models at both the front and rear.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Vivo, mounted on a Haibike Components TheSeatpost ++ aluminium seatpost with a diameter of 31.6mm.

The AllMtn 3 is powered by a Bosch Performance CX GEN4 motor with an output of 250W and a torque of 85Nm, which assists up to speeds of 25km/h. The battery is a Bosch PowerTube with a capacity of 625 Wh, controlled via the Bosch Purion display.
