GIANT DailyTour E+ 2

The "DailyTour E+ 2" model from GIANT, released in 2023, is a versatile e-bike priced at 3299 EUR. The frame is made from robust AluxX material, which is renowned for its durability and stability. Safe braking is ensured by Tektro HD-M285 brakes with 160 mm brake discs and matching brake levers.

The gear system is a Shimano Nexus C3000-7D with seven speeds, operated via a twist-grip shifter. The SR Suntour NEX E25 fork offers 63 mm of travel and a 15x100 mm axle to absorb bumps in the road. The Axa BlueLine lighting system, comprising a 30 lux front light and a rear light, ensures good visibility in traffic.

The bike is fitted with VP-183 aluminium pedals. The GIANT crankset features a 38-tooth chainring, whilst the rear sprocket has 18 teeth. The spokes are a combination of Sapim Race and Sapim Strong.

The saddle is a comfortable Selle Royal Look-In Gel saddle, mounted on a suspension seatpost with a diameter of 30.9 mm. A sturdy GIANT KSA18 kickstand ensures the bike stands securely. The MIK luggage rack offers versatile mounting options.

The motor is a GIANT SyncDrive Core with 50 Nm of torque, powered by Yamaha. The battery is a GIANT EnergyPak Smart Integrated 500 with a capacity of 500 Wh. The charger is a GIANT EnergyPak SmartCharger with a charging current of 6A.

The frame geometry features a seat tube length of 460 mm, a top tube length of 600 mm, a head tube angle of 71 degrees, a seat tube angle of 73 degrees, a head tube length of 130 mm and a chainstay length of 450 mm. The bottom bracket drop is 62 mm, the fork offset is 42 mm and the standover height is 756 mm. The crank length is 170 mm and the wheelbase measures 1098 mm.
