Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 500 Allroad grey´n´red

The "Reaction Hybrid Pro 500 Allroad grey’n’red" model from Cube, released in 2022, is a versatile e-mountain bike priced at 2,849 EUR. It is fitted with a Superlite aluminium frame, which stands out thanks to its gravity casting and Agile Ride Geometry. The frame features a 1.5 headtube and internal cable routing, as well as a fully integrated battery. It also offers mounting points for a kickstand, mudguards and a luggage rack.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano hydraulic disc brakes (BR-MT200) with 180mm rotors at the front and rear. The drivetrain consists of a Shimano Deore RD-M5100-SGS 11-speed system, operated via Shimano Deore SL-M5100 Rapidfire-Plus shift levers. The X-Fusion MIG32 Air fork, with a tapered steerer tube, 100mm of travel and a lockout function, ensures a comfortable and controlled ride.

For lighting, the bike is fitted with a CUBE Shiny 50 Lux front light and an ACID Mudguard Rear Light PRO-E rear light, both powered by 12V DC. The pedals are CUBE PP MTB, whilst the crankset consists of an ACID E-Crank with a length of 175mm and 38 teeth. The cassette is a Shimano Deore CS-M5100 with a range of 11–51 teeth, and the chain is a KMC X11.

The handlebars are CUBE Rise Trail Bars with a width of 720mm, fitted with ACID React Pro grips. The stem is a CUBE Performance Stem E-MTB with a diameter of 31.8mm. The headset varies depending on wheel size: for 27.5-inch wheels, it is an ACROS AZX-1032 BlockLock 120° system; for 29-inch wheels, it is an ACROS AZX-1030.

The rims are CUBE EX30 with 32 spokes, disc brake-compatible and tubeless-ready. Schwalbe Smart Sam Active tyres in size 2.35 are fitted. The front hub is a Shimano HB-MT400-B (15mm, Boost, Centre Lock) and the rear hub is a Shimano FH-TX505 (QR, Centre Lock). The saddle is a Natural Fit Sequence model, mounted on a CUBE Performance seatpost with a diameter of 30.9mm and a CUBE Varioclose seatpost clamp (34.9mm).

The bike is also fitted with ACID 75 BB-mount mudguards, a CUBEstand Cmpt kickstand and an ACID SIC luggage rack rail. Power is provided by a Bosch Performance CX Generation 4 motor (85Nm) Cruise (250W), powered by a Bosch PowerTube 500 battery. The Bosch Purion display provides the rider with all the necessary information, and the Bosch 2A charger ensures the required power supply.
