Cube Nuroad WS lightgrey´n´rose

The "Nuroad WS lightgrey’n’rose" model from Cube, released in 2023, is a versatile gravel bike that stands out thanks to its high-quality components and well-thought-out design. Priced at EUR 1,199, it offers excellent value for money.

The Nuroad WS frame is made from 6061 T6 Superlite aluminium and features Gravel Comfort Geometry. This ensures a comfortable and stable ride across a wide variety of terrain. The frame is also designed for flat-mount disc brakes and allows for the fitting of mudguards and a luggage rack. The maximum load capacity is 115 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs just 10 kg.

The Nuroad WS is fitted with TRP Spyre MD-C610C flat-mount disc brakes, featuring 160 mm discs at the front and rear, which ensure reliable braking performance. The drivetrain features the Shimano GRX RD-RX400 system, which has 10 speeds and is complemented by the Shimano GRX FD-RX400 front derailleur. The fork is made from full-carbon (CUBE Nuroad Flat Mount Disc) and is suitable for both mudguards and lowrider racks.

The bottom bracket is a Shimano BB-RS500 with a 68 mm BSA thread, whilst the crankset consists of a Shimano GRX FC-RX600 with 46x30T. The cassette is a Shimano CS-HG50 with a 11-36T range. The drivetrain is completed by a KMC X10 chain.

The handlebars are CUBE Gravel Race Bars, wrapped in ACID Bartape CX to ensure good grip and comfort. The stem is a CUBE Performance Stem SLX with a diameter of 31.8 mm. The headset is a VP Z-t with a zero-stack design at the top and an integrated design at the bottom.

The tyres are Schwalbe G-One Allround Kevlar in size 40-622, fitted to a CUBE GR 2.3 wheelset (622x23C, 12x100/12x142 mm). The saddle is a Cube Natural Fit Venec Lite WS, fitted to a CUBE Performance seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm. The saddle is clamped in place using an integrated CUBE Nuroad Seat Clamp.
