Cube Nature shinymoss´n´black

The "Nature shinymoss'n'black" model from Cube, released in 2023, is a versatile trekking bike priced at 699 EUR. It features an Aluminium Superlite frame, which, in the Trekking Cross version, is manufactured using tapered and double-butted technology. With a maximum load capacity of 140 kg and a kerb weight of 14 kg, the bike is robust yet light enough for a wide range of uses.

Braking performance is provided by the Tektro HD-M275 hydraulic disc brake system with 160 mm brake discs at the front and rear. The drivetrain consists of a Shimano RD-M3020 8-speed rear derailleur, combined with Shimano SL-M315 Rapidfire-Plus shift levers and a Shimano FD-TX800 front derailleur. The Shimano Tourney FC-T801 crankset features three chainrings in sizes 48x36x26T and is complemented by a chainring guard. The cassette is a Shimano CS-HG31 with a 11-34T range, and power is transmitted via a KMC Z51 chain.

The SR Suntour NEX HLO suspension fork, with 63 mm of travel and a lockout function, ensures comfort and control on uneven trails. The pedals are ACID PP trekking models, which provide a secure grip. The handlebars are 660 mm wide CUBE Comfort Trail Bars, complemented by ACID Travel grips. The stem is a CUBE Performance Stem Pro with a diameter of 31.8 mm, and the headset is a VP Integrated System with an upper size of 1 1/8" and a lower size of 1 1/2".

The rims are CUBE ZX20, 32H disc models, fitted with Schwalbe Land Cruiser tyres in size 50-622, which provide good traction and durability. The hubs are made from CUBE Alloy Light material and are fitted with quick-release (QR) mechanisms and 6-bolt brake disc mounts. The saddle is a Natural Fit Sequence, mounted on a CUBE Performance seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm. The saddle is clamped in place using a CUBE Varioclose clamp with a diameter of 31.8 mm.

The bike is supplied in a box measuring 240 mm wide, 780 mm high and 1530 mm long, and has a gross weight of 17400 g. The Cube Nature shinymoss’n’black thus offers a balanced combination of functionality, comfort and durability, ideal for trekking adventures and everyday use.
