Cube Litening AERO C:68X Race teamline

The "Litening AERO C:68X Race teamline" model from Cube, released in 2023, is a state-of-the-art road bike designed for discerning cyclists. It is available at a price of 5,499 EUR and offers a wide range of technical features designed for performance and efficiency. The frame is constructed using Litening C:68X® Aero Monocoque Advanced Twin Mold Technology, which enables aerodynamic optimisation of the tubes and fully internal cable routing. The frame also features flat-mount disc mounts and contributes to the bike’s total weight of just 7 kg, whilst the maximum rider weight is 115 kg.

The bike’s brakes are Shimano Ultegra BR-R8170 hydraulic disc brakes with flat-mount mounting and 160 mm rotors at the front and rear. The gear system consists of the Shimano Ultegra Di2 RD-R8150-DGS, a 12-speed system controlled by the Shimano Ultegra Di2 ST-R8170 electronic shift levers. The front derailleur is also a Shimano Ultegra Di2 FD-R8150-F.

The bike’s fork is the Litening C:68X® Aero with integrated cable routing and Flat Mount disc mounts. The crankset is a Shimano Ultegra FC-R8100-P with a power metre and Hollowtech II technology, fitted with chainrings in a 52x36T ratio. The cassette is a Shimano Ultegra CS-R8100 with a range of 11–34T, and power is transmitted via a Shimano CN-M8100 chain.

The handlebars are the ICR Aero Cockpit System with integrated cable routing and an Aero Spacer System, as well as a Garmin/Wahoo mount. The handlebar width varies depending on frame size: 400 mm/90 mm for sizes 50 cm and 52 cm, 420 mm/100 mm for the 54 cm and 56 cm sizes, and 440 mm/110 mm and 440 mm/120 mm respectively for the 58 cm and 60 cm sizes. The handlebar tape is the ACID Bartape RD.

The headset is an ACROS, with a 1 1/8" integrated top tube and a 1 1/4" integrated bottom tube. The tyres are Schwalbe Pro One Tubeless Easy in size 28-622, fitted to a Newmen Advanced SL.R 50/65 Streem carbon wheelset. The saddle is a Natural Fit Nuance SLT Road Carbon, fitted to a Litening C:68X® Aero seatpost with Comfort Flex. The saddle is clamped using the CUBE Full Integrated Aero Clamp.

The bike is supplied in a box measuring 260 mm wide, 830 mm high and 1530 mm long, with the gross weight of the box being 11,900 g.
