Conway Xyron SUV 2.9

The Xyron SUV 2.9 model from Conway, launched in 2024, is a versatile e-bike that impresses with its robust construction and high-quality features. The frame is made of aluminium and is designed as a Fully Intube Bosch model, ensuring the battery is neatly integrated whilst offering the benefits of full suspension. With a maximum permissible weight of 130 kg and a kerb weight of 29 kg, the bike is both stable and robust.

The Xyron SUV 2.9’s braking system is fitted with SHIMANO “BR-MT420” 4-piston brakes, which are combined with 203 mm SHIMANO “SM-RT64” brake discs at both the front and rear, ensuring reliable deceleration. The drivetrain consists of a 10-speed SHIMANO “Deore” system with the “Deore SL-M5130” shifter, which enables precise and smooth gear changes.

Riding comfort is ensured by the ROCKSHOX “Recon Silver RL” fork with 150 mm of travel and the FOX “Float DPS” rear shock with 140 mm of travel. These components provide effective damping and enhance the bike’s off-road capability. The bike is illuminated by the CONTEC “DLUX 120 E+” front light and the CONTEC “CTL 335 E” rear light with a brake light function, ensuring greater safety in low-light conditions.

Power is provided by a BOSCH Gen.4 “Performance CX” mid-drive motor, combined with a BOSCH “Powertube 625” battery offering a capacity of 625 Wh. The BOSCH “Intuvia 100” display with 4-level pedal assist allows for easy control and provides an overview of the riding modes and battery level. The MIRANDA “Epsilon” crankset and the SHIMANO “CS-LG600-10” sprocket complete the drivetrain.

Additional features such as the LEVEL 9 “Low Riser” handlebars, the CONTINENTAL “Ruban” tyres and the SELLE ROYAL “2315HRN” saddle contribute to comfortable handling and a pleasant riding experience. The ATRAN “Cummute Pro” luggage rack with spring-loaded flap enhances the bike’s functionality, whilst mudguards from CURANA and an URSUS “Wave” kickstand ensure it is suitable for everyday use.
