Conway Cairon SUV 7.0 Wave

The “Cairon SUV 7.0 Wave” from Conway, launched in 2024, is a modern e-bike characterised by its high-quality features and robust construction. The frame is a CONWAY Intube Bosch, made from aluminium in a Wave design with a top tube height of 42 cm. The maximum permissible weight is 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 27 kg. The bike is powered by a high-performance 4th-generation BOSCH mid-drive motor, the “Performance CX”, with a voltage of 36 V and an output of 250 W. Power is supplied by a BOSCH “Powertube 750” lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 750 Wh, which is charged using a Bosch 4 Ah charger.

Optimal control and safety are ensured by the SHIMANO “BR-MT520” brakes with “BL-MT501” brake levers. The front brake disc measures 203 mm and the rear 180 mm; both are from the SHIMANO “SM-RT70” series. The drivetrain is an 11-speed SHIMANO “XT”, operated by the SHIMANO “Deore XT SL-M8130” shifter. The fork is a FOX “AWL” with 120 mm of travel, ensuring a comfortable ride.

Lighting is provided by a LUPINE “SL F Nano” front light and a CONTEC “CTL 335 E” rear light. The saddle is a SELLE ROYAL “Vivo Athletic Ergo”, mounted on a CONWAY Patent seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm and a length of 350 mm. The bike is fitted with CURANA “Apollo 75” mudguards and features an URSUS “Wave” kickstand as well as an ATRAN “Cummute Pro” luggage rack with a spring-loaded flap.

The tyres are SCHWALBE “Johnny Watts”, fitted to both the front and rear in size 60-584 and featuring reflective strips for improved visibility. The hubs are SHIMANO models – the “HB-MT400” at the front and the “FH-MT400B” at the rear – which ensure a stable and reliable ride. The handlebars are LEVEL 9 “Low Riser” with a diameter of 31.8 mm and a width of 720 mm, complemented by CONWAY “Sport fix” grips and a LEVEL 9 “Adjustable” stem measuring 90 mm in length.
