Conway Cairon C 3.0 Wave

The “Cairon C 3.0 Wave” from Conway, launched in 2024, is a versatile e-bike that stands out for its technical features and well-thought-out design. Priced at 3,899 euros, it offers a solid combination of performance and comfort. The bike’s frame is made of aluminium and is specifically designed as a ‘Wave’ variant, allowing for easy mounting. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 26 kg.

Braking performance is provided by the TEKTRO “HD-T390” brakes, which are fitted with 180 mm brake discs at both the front and rear. The 12-speed SRAM “SX” drivetrain enables precise gear changes and is supported by the SRAM “SX Eagle Trigger” shifter, which ensures easy shifting. The SUNTOUR “XCM34 LOR” fork, with 120 mm of travel, helps absorb shocks and improves riding comfort on uneven terrain.

In terms of lighting, the bike is fitted with the CONTEC “DLUX 80 E+” front light and the CONTEC “CTL 335 E” rear light with a brake light function, ensuring safety when riding at night. The VP pedals, the MIRANDA “Classic Gen4” crankset and the BOSCH Generation 4 “Performance CX” mid-drive motor, with an output of 250 W and a battery capacity of 625 Wh, round off the drive system. The battery is a BOSCH “Powertube 625”, which is charged using a BOSCH 4 Ah charger.

The frame geometry, with a seat tube length of 385 mm, a wheelbase of 1115 mm and a seat tube angle of 73 degrees, is designed for a comfortable ride.
