Cannondale Treadwell 2 Remixte

Cannondale’s “Treadwell 2 Remixte” model from 2024 offers a balanced combination of comfort, functionality and modern design at a price of 899 EUR. The frame is made from SmartForm C3 aluminium and features Low-Step Ride-Easy geometry, which makes getting on and off the bike easier. The frame also features hidden cable routing, Urban Armor frame bumpers and mounts for a luggage rack and mudguards.

Braking performance is provided by Tektro (HD-R280) hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm and 140 mm rotors. The drivetrain is a 9-speed microSHIFT Advent system, operated via a microSHIFT Advent shifter. The drivetrain comprises a KMC X9 chain and a Prowheel crankset with 38 teeth. The microSHIFT cassette offers a gear range of 11–42.

The fork is also made from SmartForm C3 aluminium and features a 1-1/8" head tube, OutFront offset and mounts for a luggage rack and mudguards. The pedals are Cannondale Comfort models, whilst the bottom bracket is a cartridge type with a square taper.

The handlebars are Cannondale Cruise Control risers made from 6061 aluminium, with a width of 740 mm and a 15-degree backsweep. The grips are also Cannondale Comfort models. The stem is the Cannondale 3 with Intellimount, also made of aluminium with a clamp width of 31.8 mm. The headset is semi-integrated.

The rims are double-walled and have 32 spokes, whilst the tyres are Maxxis DTR-1 in size 650b x 47c. The hubs are made of sealed aluminium with disc brakes and feature a 5 mm Hex Security quick-release skewer.

The saddle is a Cannondale Treadwell model with steel rails and a width of 170 mm. The seatpost is made of 6061 aluminium and measures 31.6 x 350 mm.
