Cannondale SuperSix EVO 4

The 2024 Cannondale SuperSix EVO 4 presents itself as a state-of-the-art road bike designed for demanding riders. With a price tag of EUR 3299, this model offers a remarkable combination of advanced technology and high-quality components.

The SuperSix EVO 4 frame is made from SuperSix EVO Carbon and features integrated cable routing with switchplate for a clean and aerodynamic look. The frame is also equipped with a 12x142 Syntace Thru-Axle, a BSA 68mm threaded bottom bracket and a flat-mount disc brake mount. An integrated saddle binder rounds off the sophisticated design.

The braking system consists of hydraulic disc brakes from Shimano, specifically the Shimano 105 7170 model, with 160mm RT70 rotors at the front and rear. The brake levers are also from the Shimano 105 series (7100). This combination ensures reliable braking performance under various conditions.

The Shimano 105 7100 system is used for shifting, which comprises a 12-speed gear system. The shifter, front derailleur and crankset (50/34) are also part of this series. The cassette is a Shimano 105 R7100 with a gradation of 11-30 teeth.

The fork of the SuperSix EVO 4 is also made of carbon and has an integrated crown, a 12x100mm Syntace Thru-Axle and a flat-mount disc brake mount. The internal cable routing and the Delta steerer (1-1/8" to 1-1/4") contribute to aerodynamic efficiency.

The bottom bracket is a Shimano BB-RS500 BSA, which ensures long-lasting and smooth power transmission. The handlebar is a Vision Trimax Compact, combined with Cannondale bar tape for optimum comfort. The stem is a Cannondale C1 Conceal made of aluminium with a diameter of 31.8mm and a tilt angle of -6°.

The wheels are DT Swiss R460 DB rims with 28 spokes and Formula hubs (CL-712 front and RXC-400 rear). The tyres are Vittoria Zaffiro Pro Slick in size 700x25c, which are known for their durability and good rolling characteristics.

The saddle is a Prologo Nago RS STN with stainless steel rails, while the seatpost is a Cannondale C1 Aero 40 Carbon, which is available in two offset options: 0mm for frame sizes 44-48cm and 20mm for frame sizes 51-61cm.
