Cannondale SuperSix EVO 2

The "SuperSix EVO 2" model from Cannondale from 2024 is characterised by a large number of high-quality components and technical features. The price for this bike is 6799 EUR.

The frame of the SuperSix EVO 2 is made of SuperSix EVO carbon and offers integrated cable routing with switchplate, a 12x142 Syntace Thru-Axle, a BSA 68mm threaded bottom bracket, a flat mount disc brake mount and an integrated saddle binder. The frame is also SmartSense compatible. The fork is also made from SuperSix EVO carbon and has an integrated crown bearing, a 12x100mm Syntace Thru-Axle, a flat mount disc brake mount and internal cable routing. The head tube diameter ranges from 1-1/8" to 1-1/4" and has an offset of 55mm for frame sizes 44-54cm and 45mm for sizes 56-61cm.

The braking system relies on Shimano Ultegra R8170 hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors at the front and 140mm rotors at the rear (MT800). The brake levers are also from Shimano Ultegra Di2 R8170. The shifting system comprises a Shimano Ultegra Di2 R8150 front derailleur and rear derailleur as well as Shimano Ultegra Di2 R8170 wireless shift levers for 2x12-speed shifting, i.e. a total of 24 gears.

The drivetrain consists of a Shimano Ultegra R8100 crankset with 50/34 teeth and a Shimano Ultegra R8100 sprocket with a gradation of 11-30 teeth for the 12-speed system. The bottom bracket is a Shimano BB-RS500 with BSA thread.

The handlebars are a Vision Trimax Carbon Aero model, while the grips are made of Cannondale bar tape with a thickness of 3.5mm. The stem is a Cannondale C1 Conceal made of aluminium with a diameter of 31.8mm and a tilt angle of -6°. The headset is integrated and ranges from 1-1/8" to 1-1/4".

The wheels consist of HollowGram R 45 carbon rims with a depth of 50mm, an inner width of 21mm and are tubeless compatible. The front wheel rim has 20 spokes, the rear wheel rim has 24 spokes. The tyres are Vittoria Rubino Pro Bright Black in size 700x25c with reflective stripes. The hubs are HollowGram models, the front hub has sealed bearings and a 12x100mm centrelock, the rear hub also has sealed bearings and a 12x142mm centrelock. The spokes are Formula Grand Forza, double-butted and straight-pull.

The saddle is a Prologo Dimension STN NDR with stainless steel stays, and the seatpost is a Cannondale C1 Aero 40 Carbon with an offset of 0mm for frame sizes 44-48cm and an offset of 20mm for sizes 51-61cm.

The total gross weight of the bike is around 31000 grams.
