Test 2015: Aerocomfort 2.0 pannier from Scicon
We've never been as fast at the start as we were this year on Mallorca, thanks in part to the Aerocomfort 2.0 pannier from Scicon.

The concept of the soft packaging, which weighs just nine kilos, allows parts such as the handlebars and seat post to be left on the bike and in their settings. All you have to do is remove the wheels and pack them in the side bags, then clamp the frame into the carrier and strap it on. Zip it up and you're done. Even the last day of training can be enjoyed for longer. The bag is suitable for handlebar widths of up to 44 centimetres and seat heights of up to 80 centimetres, i.e. also for relatively large bikes. However, the size does not cause any problems for the airlines. The transverse handlebars and the padding and spacers supplied protect the bike well, and a steel protection bar is fitted over the sensitive rear derailleur. The quality of the bag is excellent and the materials and workmanship promise a long service life. The steerable wheels run smoothly, and the removable strap makes the bag easy to shoulder. The only thing we missed were a few handles for lifting the bag off the luggage conveyor belt and into the car.

PLUS Quick to pack and unpack, good protection, easy to shoulder and manoeuvre, lightweight
MINUS No handles, high price
