After the beginner-friendly Xlite 04, Rose has also given the ambitious Xlite 06 a new design. The race platform will be available in two subtle colour options in future. Equipment and prices remain unchanged.

A lot of racing bike at a fair price: The Xlite 06 stands for this like hardly any other competition bike. Most recently, the so-called UNLTD version scored highly in the TOUR test, putting it on a par with significantly more expensive race all-rounders. Weight, aerodynamics, stiffness: The direct sender's racer has hardly any weaknesses.

The platform is getting a facelift for the current model year. True to the motto "Never change a running system", however, the Bocholt-based company has limited itself to new paint finishes. Supersonic Grey and Silverback are now available. The two colours round off the understated design, as Rose continues to do without lettering on the down tube.

All equipment variants roll on aerodynamically optimised own-brand carbon wheels. In contrast to the Xlite 06 UNLTD, slightly wider tyres (28 millimetres) are fitted, which should make the all-rounder react a little more smoothly to bumps in the road. The frame set is approved for a maximum of 32 millimetre tyres. The gears are changed at the touch of a button and a power meter is standard on all versions. In contrast to the XLite 04, which also recently received a new designthe high-end platform is only available with a handlebar/stem unit.

The basic version with Ultegra Di2 costs 5499 eurosCompetition bikes with comparable equipment are usually several hundred euros more expensive. The top model is the XLite 06 with Red AXS (7999 euros >> available here). Rose offers six frame sizes. The UNLTD versions, which differ only in their construction with third-party wheels from DT Swiss, are not affected by the model update.
